Grape : Almost exclusively Favorita.

Area of production : Almost all the "Roeri" areas, on The left side of The river Tanaro.

Colour : Straw-yellow, sometimes faded, but always new and sparkling clear.

Fragance : Very pleasant, qite intense, delicate but sharp and sometimes a bit whisiced.

Flavour : Dry, bottom part extrenely bitterish.

Graduation : 12º .

Temperature of serving : To be served at 6º - 8º C.

Duration : The best period for tasting goes from 1 to 2 years of age.

At The table : Best served with fish starters (freshwater and seawater fish).

Recognition: Towards The end of 1970 the purity of has been established. Favorita has always drawn viticulturist's attention because of it's wine producing and fresh consumption becoming rarer as time passes.

System of conservation: The bottles must be put in a horizontal position in a dark room and at a costant 15º room temperature.
