Grape : 85% Cortese, 15% White grapes.

Region of production : Produced in The region of Piedmont in an extensive region between Asti and Alessandria provences.

Colour : Straw-yellow, very light with greeney lights.

Fragance : Delicate, tender, glossomed, persistent.

Taste : Dry taste, in harmony, always fresh and cool, slightly acidolus with bottom somewhat bitter.

Graduation : 10º and sometines not rarey, over 11º.

Temperature of serving: 8º- 10º C to be served in white fresh wine glasses.

Duration : Cortese wine should be consumed while young and does not wish to be kept longer than over it's third year from grape harvest.

At the table : It is best served with fish, fresh mushroom salads especially truffle salads, also excellent with, knocchi and home-made pasta, when it has well-matured (over two yaars it's excellent with crustaceans.

System of conservation: The bottles must be put in a horizontal position, in a dark room and at a constant 14º - 15º C.
